Our products are designed for durability. You can clean the silicone case with a damp cloth and mild soap. For the braided cords, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a gentle detergent to maintain their color and texture.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
XOUXOU® ships worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary by region, but most international shipments arrive within 5-10 business days via our premium courier partners.
Can I exchange my modular rope for a different color?
Yes, our modular system allows you to swap cords easily. If you wish to return an unused cord for a different style, you can do so within 14 days of delivery through our online returns portal.
