We want you to love your XOUXOU® accessories, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely pack the items in their original XOUXOU® packaging, ensuring all modular components and straps are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
